In 2019, after years of working in traditional grooming salons, our founder noticed a recurring pattern: many pets arrived stressed, anxious, and uncomfortable. The combination of unfamiliar surroundings, strange sounds, and the presence of other animals created an environment that was challenging for both pets and groomers alike.

The idea was straightforward but transformative: what if professional grooming could come to the pet, rather than the other way around? This question led to the creation of a mobile grooming service that prioritises animal comfort without sacrificing quality.

Today, we serve hundreds of families across Leeds, providing the same level of professional care you would expect from a salon, delivered in the familiar comfort of your own home.

For pets who are nervous or have had negative past experiences, we use gradual desensitisation techniques. This might mean spending the first session simply building trust through positive interactions, with actual grooming introduced slowly over subsequent visits.
