• A booking is only confirmed when you receive written confirmation from us

• We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment: no charge
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment: 50% of service fee may apply
• No-shows without prior notice: full service fee may apply

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness or severe weather conditions.

Pet Requirements

To ensure safe and effective service delivery:

• Your pet must be current on vaccinations as required by UK law
• You must disclose any health conditions, behavioural issues, or special needs
• You must inform us of any previous negative grooming experiences
• Aggressive behaviour may result in service termination for safety reasons

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept payment by card and bank transfer. Prices are as displayed on our website and may be subject to change.

Liability

While we take all reasonable care in providing our services:

• We are not liable for pre-existing conditions that become apparent during grooming
• We are not responsible for reactions to products unless caused by our negligence
